Who we are

INJEXED MedBar is a nurse-led aesthetic practice in Plano, Texas. All medical treatments are performed by licensed providers under the supervision of a medical director, in accordance with Texas law.

Purchases are not appointments

Buying a treatment, package, or membership on this site reserves the service and locks in the price. It does not book your appointment. You'll receive a booking link at checkout and by email. Appointments are scheduled through Jane App.

Every injectable starts with a consult

All injectable and medical treatments require a consultation with a licensed provider, who determines whether you are a candidate. If you purchase a treatment and are not a candidate, we will transfer the value to another treatment or refund it. See our Cancellation Policy.

Results vary

Photos, reviews, and descriptions on this site show real patient outcomes, but individual results depend on anatomy, health, and how you follow aftercare instructions. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of results or a substitute for a medical consultation.

You must be 18

Our services and this website are for adults 18 and older. We may ask for ID.

Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price at checkout. Sale prices apply only during the stated period. We correct pricing errors when we find them, and we may cancel and refund an order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

Memberships

Memberships bill monthly to the card on file and auto-renew. A six-month minimum applies. Banked credit is for injectable treatments only, is non-transferable, and expires 30 days after cancellation. Full membership rules are in our Cancellation Policy and are part of these terms.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable for services and products at INJEXED and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. They do not expire. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

Packages and series

Multi-session packages are for one person, are non-transferable, and must be used within [12] months of purchase. Unused sessions after that date are forfeited.

Your account

If you create a customer account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and your payment method current.

Our content

Everything on this site — text, photos, logo, the INJEXED name — belongs to INJEXED MedBar or is used with permission. Don't copy, republish, or use it commercially without written permission.

Disclaimer and liability

This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, INJEXED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the medical care we provide, which is governed by your patient agreements and applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
