INJEXED MedBar ("INJEXED," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on injexed.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Medical information is handled separately. Health information you share as a patient is protected under HIPAA and governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive at your first visit and can request anytime. This website policy covers website and marketing data only.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, email, phone number, and anything you type into a form, a purchase, or a text message to us.

  • Purchase information. Orders, memberships, and gift cards are processed by Squarespace and our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

  • Booking information. Appointments are managed through Jane App, which has its own privacy policy.

  • Automatic information. Browser type, device, pages visited, referring site, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools including Squarespace Analytics and Meta Pixel.

How we use it

  • To book and confirm appointments

  • To process purchases, memberships, and gift cards

  • To respond when you text, call, or email us

  • To send appointment reminders and, if you opt in, promotions

  • To understand how the site is used and improve it

  • To run ads to people who have visited our site

Text messaging

By texting us or giving us your number, you agree to receive texts from INJEXED about your appointments and account. Marketing texts are sent only if you opt in. Reply STOP to any message to stop. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (Squarespace, Jane App, our payment processor, email and SMS platforms, analytics and advertising platforms) and only for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser. Some site features may stop working. Squarespace's cookie banner lets you manage non-essential cookies where required.

Your choices

Email us at hello@injexed.com to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you on this site, or to opt out of marketing. Patient records are handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices and may be subject to retention requirements under Texas law.

Photos and reviews

We only post before-and-after photos and reviews with written consent. You can withdraw consent anytime by contacting us, and we'll remove the content from our site and social accounts.

Children

This site and our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date.
