We hold appointment time specifically for you. These rules keep the schedule fair for everyone.

Appointments

• 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, by text, phone, or through your Jane booking link.

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are charged [$50 / 50% of the scheduled service] to the card on file.

• Late arrivals more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.

• Deposits taken at booking are applied to your service and are non-refundable if you cancel late or no-show.

Consultations

Free consultations follow the same 24-hour rule. Two missed consultations and we'll ask for a deposit to book the next one.

Prepaid treatments and packages

• If you purchase a treatment and your provider determines at consult that you're not a candidate, we'll transfer the full value to another treatment or refund it. Your choice.

• Once a treatment is performed, it's non-refundable. Aesthetic results vary and are not guaranteed.

• Unused package sessions can be transferred to a different treatment of equal or lesser value with provider approval. They cannot be transferred to another person. Packages expire [12] months from purchase.

• Change of mind before any service is performed: refund within [14] days of purchase, minus payment processing fees. After that, store credit.

Memberships

• Six-month minimum. After six months, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by email to [email].

• Billing is monthly, automatic, to the card on file. It's your responsibility to keep the card current.

• Glow Club facials roll forward one month if unused. After that they expire.

• Injexed Club bank credit never expires while your membership is active and in good standing. It expires 30 days after cancellation.

• Credit applies to injectable treatments only. Not skincare, facials, or gift cards.

• Memberships can't be paused, shared, or transferred.

• If you cancel before the six-month minimum, remaining months are not refunded and banked credit is forfeited.

• A declined payment pauses membership benefits until it's resolved.

Products

Unopened skincare in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Opened products cannot be returned.

Gift cards

Non-refundable. Redeemable for services and products only.

Weather, illness, emergencies

Life happens. If something outside your control gets in the way, text us. We'll work with you. Just don't make it a habit.
